The festival has three bits - Shore Based, On the Water and After Dark.

We're still planning a lot of the details, but see below for an idea of what you might see

On shore there will be a whole raft of things to see and do, from examples of traditional wooden boats to music and films. We'll have crafts-people demonstrating their skills and techniques for adults and have-a-go activities for children. There'll be art, songs and chat!

And if all that isn't enough we'll have delicious food, and a range of high quality makers selling beautiful Glasgow made objects.

On the Water

For those who want to set into the action there'll be a whole range of things happening on the water.

Aside from the centre piece Castle to Crane race on the Saturday we'll have shorter racing for the Glasgow Cup on Sunday.

Throughout the weekend we'll be running 'experience sessions' for people to get a go in a boat and there'll be pretty classic sailing boats to have a look at and maybe tour.

Last but very far from least we'll be launching GalGael's brand new West Coast Skiff with full pomp, ceremony and celebration to make the three year long build!

After Dark

On Friday night we'll be holding an opening dinner for the event with live entertainment and a delicious meal on board the Tall Ship.

After all the activity of the Saturday Night we'll be setting up for a real party. Row all day and dance all night with us at the Clydebuilt Ceilidh!
